How do we actually start?
Add a package to your cart, or write to us if you want to talk it through first — either way, the first real step is the Discover session.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I contact you?
No. Discover exists to turn a rough idea into a fixed scope; you don't need a finished brief to start.
Can I pay in instalments?
Project packages offer a 30% booking deposit with the balance invoiced before launch; Care Plans are billed monthly. See each package’s page for exact figures.
Do you work with clients outside the Paris region?
Yes, remotely, sitewide — the Houilles address is where we're based, not a limit on who we work with.
Scope & pricing
Are the published prices final, or a starting point?
They’re real prices for the scope described on each package page. If your project needs something beyond that scope, we quote the difference in writing before starting it.
What’s the difference between HT and TTC?
HT is the price before France’s 20% VAT (TVA); TTC includes it. Both are shown on every price.
What if I only need part of a package?
Tell us at Discover — some packages can be scoped down, others (like the Signature Site's fixed page count) are priced as a whole; we'll be upfront about which applies.

What is the site built on?
A static build with no CMS and no plugin dependency chain — see Website Development for the full explanation of what that means for you.
Will my site be fast and accessible?
Every project is tested against a Core Web Vitals performance budget and WCAG 2.2 AA on every page, not spot-checked on the homepage only.
Do you handle hosting?
We guide you through domain and hosting setup at launch; ongoing hosting is billed by your provider, not us.
Legal & ownership
Who owns the code and content once the site is live?
You do, outright — no retained agency access, no licence you have to renew.
Can I move to another developer later?
Yes — the static build has no proprietary platform lock-in, so any developer can pick it up.
Where do I find your legal and privacy details?
